Drishyam 2 Review: The first part of the movie was a huge blockbuster for Malayalam as well as Hindi cinema, the first part manages to get more than 50 crores on regional box office and which was the highest for any Mohanlal’s film, now the Drishyam2 is streaming on Amazon Prime Video and here in the post we are going to review the movie.

Plot
The movie starts from where it ended, the case reopens again after the 6 Years of Varun Murder, and the police brutality starts again with the family and this time cops come back bigger and with better proofs, with everyone against them, how Georgekutty (Mohanlal) would save his family, how case reopened and why? how Georgekutty (Mohanlal) would save his family, this movie is all about that, we can’t discuss the plot much here coz that would be the spoiler.
Performances
They Just Nailed It!!! It feels like you are watching a web series and Drishyam Part 1 is the first episodes and Part 2 is the second episode, Part 1 comes about 8 years back but everything is just the same, their performances, dialogue delivery, expression, everything is just wow and brilliant, Mohan Lal is amazing as the first part and you are going to love him again in this. Meena as Rani was equally brilliant and the same applies with the remaining cast too, each and everyone is just mindblowing and there is not even a single frame when movies go down in terms of performances.
Screenplay & Others
The movie starts again with family drama and then picks up its thriller pace, the movie goes a little slow and a little predictable in the middle and that’s its only negative points, locations are brilliant and they looks real and almost the same as the part 1 (which is the best thing), the music puts the magical charm again, the editing is a little bit lost, but it doesn’t the overall movie much.

I am going with 3.5 out of 5 stars for the movie, Just go and Watch it, the movie is must watch for everyone, and Jeetu and Mohanlal Hit it out of the Park again, if you are looking for some amazing family thriller drama this movie is the best choice for You. The movie is approx 2 Hours and 30 Minutes long and now available on Amazon Prime Video.
