For those who don’t know the movie is a story about Cha Jung-sook who left her medical career 20 years ago to become a full-time housewife from the last 10 years she and her husband are sleeping in two different rooms, as her husband treats her like a maid and having an affair in his office where he is a chief surgeon, one day she was diagnosed with a severe condition and needs an immediate liver transplant, will her husband helps her or she will die. As it is a K-drama so the primary location used for filming is Korea especially Seoul, South Korea, the outside scenes are filmed in an actual hospital while the inside drama is filmed in a set made up by the team, the team traveled in various places to shoot this series some of the major locations are Tower Palace, Namsan Seoul Tower, the Lotte World Tower, the World Trade Center Seoul.
