Jeffrey Dahmer was born in 1960 in Milwaukee, USA. He was a serial Killer and S3x offender who was charged with Killing more than 17 Men and under Age boys. He was charged with all his crimes and sentenced to life Imprisonment in 1992. Dahmer was killed by his inmate Christopher Scarver in 1994.
