Aashram Season 1 Part 2: Mx player is very much active on the OTT market despite not releasing anything big after their web series – Aashram. The Bobby Deol starrer has been directed by Prakash Jha and tells us the story of Baba Nirala who is like a Godman and has the complete trust of the people of Kashipur where people love him to their core.
At first, he seems like any other Godman who wants to help others but as the season progresses we see that he is a psycho who just wants to satisfy his sexual needs by being with several women, in short, he is a sex addict. Due to this habit of his, he is into human trafficking. The makers are happy with the response the series is getting and the fans are also wondering if there will be season 2 of the show.
What fueled this, was the short teaser that the makers released at the end of season 1 which shows the continuation of the series. But reports say that there is no season 2 and the teaser is of the second part of the same season. The makers have tried to keep the suspense by doing so.
Plot
The story will be focused on the characters of Baba and Babita who in the lust of power and fame gave herself up to Baba who had his desires fulfilled. Now part 2 will focus on the backstory of Baba and how he reached this height from being a no one. The character of Darshan Kumar is that of a policeman who is adamant about finding of the skeletons which have been discovered in the ashram’s property. All the secrets are supposed to unfold in this season.

Many people will be returning to the show such as Bobby Deol, Darshan Kumar, Tridha Chaudharyin’s main lead, the series also stars Chandan Roy Sanyal, Aaditi Pohankar, Tushar Pandey, Vikram Kochchar, Anupriya Goenka and others.

The show has released a short teaser at the end of season 1 which serves as the notice of season 2 and once the release date gets close enough the makers and Mx player will release an official full-fledged trailer for 2nd part of the show.
Release Date
While nothing official has been announced as of yet, but our best guess for the release date regarding the part two of the show is late in the month of October-November 2020
