Is Lyes the Father of Zoe?: Blood Coast is a six-episode French action thriller crime drama series directed by Olivier Marchal. It follows Franck Murillo, a notorious criminal seeking revenge for his son’s death, and Benamar, a police officer, leading a criminal team. Alice Vidal, a revered cop killed by Murillo, arrives in Marseille, joining Lyès’ team.
Lyes and the gang rescue Fanny and her daughter from Murillo’s escape on a motorcycle. They are taken to the police station, where Fanny is arrested due to an international arrest warrant. Zoe is left with Armand, and Lyes reassures him to do the right thing for her, pointing out the mistake he made in getting involved with Murillo and taking her to the hideout.
Alice was not sent to Paris during Murillo and Ali Saïdi’s arrests celebrations. Miranda, unaware of this, was investigating Lyes’ team to dismantle their association with individuals like Ali. She blackmailed some team members and presented a confession to the District Attorney, who allowed Miranda to proceed with Lyes’ arrest despite political reluctance.
Miranda pressured Tatoo and Arno to reveal Lyes’ secret affair, which Arno had been having due to his terminally ill wife. The IA officer blackmailed Arno, threatening to reveal his affair if he didn’t help Pin Lyes. Murillo is obsessed with Ali Saïdi, Kamel’s uncle, who runs the Marseille drug trade.
Murillo suspects his involvement in his son’s death. Meanwhile, an Indian plots to usurp Ali’s empire. Murillo and the Indians venture into Saïdi territory, selling drugs to provoke Ali’s arrival.
