DEATH’S ROULETTE Review: The latest mystery thriller is now streaming on Paramount. The movie is around 1.3 hours long and was originally in Spanish, but you can also watch it in English. In this article, I am going to give you a review of the movie, so let’s get started.
The movie is directed by Manolo Cardona and is rated PG-13 with no sexual scenes, nudity, or violence. The movie is written by Julieta Steinberg and features stars like Maribel Verdú, Manolo Cardona, Adriana Paz, and other stars. The movie can remind you of movies like “Escape Rooms.”

The story is about seven people from different backgrounds and professions who are taken hostage on a lonely island. Now, they have to choose which one of them dies every hour; otherwise, they will all die at once. There are some rules, but somehow, they are all connected to each other in some way. To know the rules and how they are connected, you have to watch the full movie.
The movie is the director’s debut, and he has done a perfect job as the movie maintains its pace throughout and will not bore you at any point. The character build-up in the film is also perfect as the audience gets enough time to know each character and how they ended up there. However, the end was not so pleasing as throughout the movie, you can feel uneasiness and tension, but the end disappoints as it feels like the makers are in a hurry to end the film, and the twist also doesn’t feel that good. But the twist is something that no one has thought of, so you can also ignore this fast-paced ending of the movie.
Overall, the movie is a good watch, especially if you are a fan of movies like “Escape Rooms” and thriller mystery. The movie keeps you in tension throughout, and the ending is also worth watching. The performance by the characters is also good, and the music gives you the feel of horror.
