Thor: Love And Thunder, which mostly had Norse Mythology embedded have included Greek Mythology in there now which allows for so many new characters. Some of the new characters that MCU has introduced in the new THOR movie are as follows
Thor has a daughter now who calls her “Uncle Thor” and that is no one else other than Gorr: The God Butcher’s daughter that had died in the beginning but towards the end, he asks her back from Eternity (The Center of the Universe where you can ask for 1 wish and that will come true). Eternity herself comes as Gorr’s daughter with the powers of the gods combined into her.
Zeus, the Greek God also known as God Of Lightning who sits on his throne on Olympus has been added to the cast played by none other than A Beautiful Mind’s Russell Crowe, who has been shown in quite a funny fashion given he is the king of Olympus. Zeus, after getting beaten up and having stabbed by his own Lightning Bolt, he sounded angry in the post-credit and is looking for blood by sending his son to the mission.
Hercules, the Greek God also the son of Zeus and a mortal woman famous for his bravery and strength. Also his short temper too, Hercules was a demi-god who of all odd came out braver and stronger than many gods combined. He is seen in the post credit scene following his father’s order.
