Sandalwood star Yash needs no introduction. The image he has created within the audience with his debut pan-Indian film KGF is simply amazing. Now the actor is already with guns blazing for the trailer of KGF2 with will release on 27th March. The official Twitter handle of the production house Hombale Films shared the news via Twitter.
In an exclusive interview, Yash spoke about the shooting experience of KGF 2 and what the audience can expect in his forthcoming film. Yash said that a little part of KGF2 was already shot prior to the release of KGF1 and later after the release the unit went with the regular shooting of the film.
When asked about the unprecedented success of the film Yash says he never thought KGF would become such a big franchise and also a big film in his career. On further asking about any script changes being made on KGF2 keeping in mind the more expectations pinned on the film Yash says the vision of the film might have changed a little bit but not the script or story. He said KGF2 is filled with a roller coaster of emotions. We can expect loads of mass action drama, emotions. He says it is a visual wonder to watch KGF in theatres and that is why they haven’t opted for the OTT release yet.
When asked about what kind of scripts he is interested in Yash says language and industry least matter to him. He wants to make family-friendly movies where he can target an audience of every age group. At last, when asked about his upcoming projects Yash says he will soon make an announcement after KGF 2 and he is in talks with many filmmakers. We wish Yash all success for KGF 2.
KGF2 is releasing on 14th April clashing with Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast. The film is being directed by Prashant Neel and produced by Hombale Films. It also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sreenidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj in crucial roles
