Undekhi Season 2 Review: If we look at the history of Indian OTT space, we will get to know that most of the series falls flat in season 2, Sacred Games, Mirzapur and there are many more examples. But SonyLiv and the makers of Undekhi have some different plans for us, I Just finished Undekhi Season 2, and here is the detailed review of the series, I am going to talk about the Cast, performances, story, and a few more highlights of the series.
There is a total of 10 episodes in season 2 and each episode is around 35-40 minutes in length, The series stars Diveyandu Bhattacharya as DSP, Aanchal Singh, Surya Sharma, Harsh Chaya, Apoorva Soni, Apeksha Porwal, and many others, the series created by Ameya Sarda and Anahata Menon, let’s jump to the review of the series.
Gangubai Kathiwadi Review: The Alia Bhatt Show’
The story starts from where season 1 left it off, DSP Ghosh (Played by Diveyandu Bhattacharya) is on the mission to save Koyal (Played By Apeksha) from the goons of Rinku, Teji is also helping him is all these, who will win this Rat and Mouse game and how? season 2 is all about that.
The series starts a little slow and in the first 4-5 episodes Rinku is trying to clear and clean up everything that he and his family have done so far, the real thrill starts after episode 5, and here starts the revenge game, After that the series becomes a full fast-paced thriller with and each episode was ending with a shocking twist. The sequences are just too good. Season 2 is more about revenge and it is focused mainly on Koyal.
Harsh Chaya is good always and the best thing about his character is that in spite of the repetitive dialogues and the sequences he still entertains us, I am a huge fan of Surya since season 1 and he is amazing here too, he looks too good in the season 2 and it looks like he started the season 2 from where he left it in the season 1. Dibyendu Bhattacharya has less screen time this time still he looks amazing in his role and its looks like he is living in the character.
Ankur Rathee and Aanchal Singh were good too in their respective roles, they both had bigger screens time and they played very beautifully. Now here comes the Queen, ‘Apeeksha Portal’ The season 2 is all about her, She is shockingly brilliant and she looks terrific in the character of Koyal, Her performance looks unreal and she looks absolutely unrecognizable and the way she has transformed herself was just amazing. I am a huge fan of her now.
The new character Samarth ( Played By Nandish Singh Sandhu) and Abhay (Played By Meiyang Chang) add a major boost to the thrill and suspense in the series, Overall everyone was just too good and their performances were a delight to watch.
The screenplay and Story is the best thing about the series, season 2 is more exciting, fast paces and amazingly presented, the best part is, 10 episode series never goes slow and it ends with new twits in every episode. The local and fight sequences were again amazing and huge thanks to Murzy Pagdiwala for the amazing DOP. As I said, season 2 is more about the revenge game, You are going to love the sequences after episode 4. The series ends with an amazing and breathtaking climax full of gunshot and fight sequences and i am sure the audiences going to love it.
