Tadka Movie Review: Much delayed film ‘Tadka’ is now streaming on Zee5 in Hindi audio with subtitles, The film has a huge star cast and that’s what’s pulled me to watch the film, I just finished the film, and here is the detailed review of the film.
The film stars Nana Pathekar, Shriya Saran, Ali Fazal, and Tapsee Pannu in the main lead roles, The film is created and directed by Prakash Raj, The film is around 2 Hours long and it is available to watch on the Zee5 in Hindi audio along with subtitles.
Coming to the story of the film, film is about A middle-aged Tukkaram (Played by Nana Patekar) who loves cooking and food, Through a wrong call, he meets Madura (Played by Shriya Saran), and here begins their story. On the other hand, Sidharth (Played by Ali Fazal) also falls in love, Now what is the connection between those too? To know what happened next? You need to watch the full movie on Zee5.
The story is bland and outdated, Story fails to connect with us and sometimes bores us, The film lacks logic throughout the film and the English conversations between Nana and Shriya look fake and lack that connection, The story is very much predictable and the film lacks that fun and comedy element too.
I am not sure when this film was made, Tapsee Looks fresh and super new in the film, although she has nothing much to express and showcase in the film, Nana Patekar looks down and very normal in the film, It is not one of his best for sure, Shriya Saran looks fresh and she is best in the film. She is pretty and she looks beautiful in the film, for me she is the best and those Romantic sequences on the Phone were Pretty Good.
The screenplay is little in the First half and the film looks repetitive and old, The climax is again predictable, The locations were decent and the music was also below average The film may look better if it was released 7-8 years back, But for now, The film is a nothing but a waste of time, talent and money.
I am going with 2 Out of 5 stars for the film, I will suggest you watch PS 1 or Brahmastra instead of watching this one, The film is suitable to watch with family as there is no nu** or Kissing sequence in the film.
