The box office performance of Jersey was very dull because that movie was a remake of Nani’s jersey, the remake was not only a direct reason but that movie is also released with KGF Chapter 2. Both movies clashed with each other because that jersey’s collection was very low. The Nani’s jersey was a national award-winning film that was helmed by Gotham Tinnanuri’s same director who directed Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey.
Talking about Shahid Kapoor, he said that Jersey has received a lot of love but there are a lot of things to learn right now, Shahid says it will always be close to my heart while talking about Jersey. He said that the film was postponed too many times and this was one of the biggest reasons behind the failure of the film.
