Roohaniyat Review (Mx Player): Arjun Bijlani’s new series titled ‘Roohaniyat’ is now available to watch online on the Mx Player Platform, I just finished the series, and here is the detailed review of the Mx Player original series Roohaniyat.
The web series stars Arjun Bijlani, Kanika Mann, and Yuvika Chaudhary in the main lead roles, along with Aman Verma, Smita Bansal, and others. The series is created and directed by Ankush Mohla. There are a total of 13 episodes in the series and all episodes are around 30-35 minutes long, there are no nu*8de sequences in the film, there is the use of a few strong words, Still, you can watch the series with family.
When is started watching the series, it feels like a TV serial for me, A Good Music, The Stretchy Story, Poor Vfx, and the same actors from the TV. The story of the series revolves around Saveer Rathod (Played By Arjun) whose girlfriend is murdered on his birthday, after the incident he completely got broken and devastated, and here he meets with Prisha (Played by Kanika Man) who is around half of his age, where this story and meeting will go, will they fall in love, how and where their life goes after that, The 13 episode series is all about that.
Roohaniyat (Mx Player)I don’t know why this series is on OTT?, remove the kissing scene and a few abusive words and this show is complete TV material, The OTT audience is much more mature now and you can’t serve them this. The story becomes super slow after the first episodes and surprisingly it ends nowhere. The VFX of the series is intolerable, the music is amazing and this was the best part of the series apart from some good performances.
Arjun Bijlani needs more and more chances for sure, he is such a great actor and he proves it here too, He is too good in the series and he is the biggest highlight of it. Kanika Man was so good too, her chemistry with Arjun looks amazing and it was super cute to watch. Yuvika Choudhary was decent too, still she needs to come out from that music video vibes, She was not bad at all, but she needs to perform more to survive on the OTT Platforms where acting and the story is the Key of the series.
Roohaniyat (Mx Player)I am going with 1.5 out of 5 stars for the series, There is nothing to watch in the series except the Music and some good performances by the lead pair, i will suggest you to skip the series, but if you still want to watch it, you can have a look at it on the Mx Player.
