In 2019, Amazon announced a new project with Brian K. Vaughan based on a popular comic book called “Paper Girls”. Brian is the creator of Paper Girls.
After waiting for years, we now have the official trailer of Paper Girls. The show will stream only on Amazon Prime Video. Paper Girls stars Fina Strazza, Camryn Jones, Sofia Rosinsky, Riley Lai Nelet, and Nate Corddry in lead roles.
The story revolves around four young girls who deliver papers in the morning. On the morning of Halloween 1988, all of them suddenly get caught between different timelines because of the time machine.
The first comic book issue of Paper Girls was published on October 7th, 2015 and the story ended on July 31st, 2019. Paper Girls has a total of 6 volumes consisting of a total of 30 issues.

It is believed that Amazon Prime Video has already given green light for the second season before the premiere of the first season. The comic book was appreciated and criticized both because of solely focused on female characters and LGBTQ representations.
The series is scheduled to release on 29th July 2022 on Amazon Prime Video.
