My Hero Academia Season 6 Release Date: My Hero Academia has been one of the most consistent anime ever since its first season release. Mesmerizing us with the first episode itself, My Hero Academia has not let us down with any of the arc, and their movies too.
The OVA’s are quite a treat to watch as well. Recently, My Hero Academia completed its 5th Season which paved the way for the returns of some of the heroes that we wanted, one being Shinso whom we saw in Season 2 during the U.A High School Sports Festival where we see the powers and the passion behind Shinso in wanting to be a Hero.
The second character is Endeavour who we’ve kind of thought of as a bad guy but in the last episode of Season 4, we root for him as he fights a Nomu and lights that feeling of safety in people’s hearts again. We see a more humane side of Endeavour who is trying to repent for the sins he committed toward his children and his wife.
Now, Season 6 trailer has been released and it looks serious. We see the tune set on a good level of intensity and all the Hero Teachers seem to be there to fight, including Present Mic who we have not seen fight so much.
We also see Destro in there after he starts to follow Shigaraki, whose glimpse we see at the end of the trailer for a couple of seconds where he seems to be in some kind of liquid, probably the one shown in Season 5, required to make him stronger and add more quirks to whatever he already has. So, it’s certain that we will see a Shigaraki who is more powerful than we saw.
In addition, we have the Meta Liberation Army which is under Shigaraki Tomura. We also see the Heroes fighting Nomu’s and just the thought of fighting Nomu’s is stressful enough (thinking back on Season 4 Last Episode). This Season will also cover the Paranormal Liberation Army War which is much awaited by the fans.
The teaser for Season 6 looks very serious and we can’t wait for it. Season 6 airs in the Fall of 2022, but there are no official numbers so what will be the episode count. Judging by the previous runs, it might possibly have 2 cours combined together into 25 episodes.
