Plot
The movie is based on the Chinese Folklore where The Emperor of China has asked his nation’s population that one person of each family is supposed to go to the war and find against the Northern Invaders for the sake of their country. Hua Mulan who is the eldest daughter of a warrior goes instead of her father who is not in the state to fight.
She dwells herself like a man – Hua Jun and is tested at every step. She has to find her inner strength and power so that she can be fit for the fight. This is the story for the courage and strength and most of all the love for her father and her country.

The movie stars Liu Yifei and Donnie Yen in main lead, the movie also stars Jason Scott Lee, Yoson An, Gong Li, Jet Li, Rosalind Chao, Tzhi Ma, and others.
