“Har Har Gange Movie Review: Bhojpuri-speaking people have one of the biggest populations in India, yet the film industry is not performing well in terms of box office numbers and the quality of the films. More than 20 crores of people speak and understand Bhojpuri, but the film collections are hardly 1-2 crores.
A big-scale film titled ‘Har Har Gange’ was released today on the big screens. The film stars Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh along with Smriti Sinha in the main lead roles. The film also features Bhojpuri singer and actor Arvind Akela. The film is backed by Abhay Singh, A K Pandey, and Y R Verma. Here is a detailed review of the film.
The story of the film revolves around Gangu, played by Pawan Singh. Gangu is a local resident, and he is against the industrialization around the river Ganga as the waste from the industry is polluting the river and harming the environment. With the whole system of corruption, Gangu will fight with the system and goons. To know this, you need to watch the full movie on the big screens near you.
The story of the film looks fresh and unique when compared to the older releases in the Bhojpuri industry. The underwater sequences and the fight sequences were stunning and had never been seen before in the Bhojpuri film industry. However, the VFX still leaves much to be desired, and it seems like nothing was spent on the VFX of the film. The crocodile sequence in the film was very poor. The background music (BGM) of the film is good, and the same goes for the songs.
Pawan Singh looks great as an angry man, and he has portrayed the role perfectly. The best performer in the film is the villain, Amit Tiwari, who looks great in his role and has done a fabulous job as the main antagonist of the film. Smriti Sinha looks good in her short yet impactful role. Arvind Akela Kallu also shines in the supporting role. The direction of the film is top-notch, but the film disappoints in terms of poor VFX and an average BGM score.
I am giving ‘Har Har Gange’ 3 out of 5 stars. The film certainly stands out among all the recent Bhojpuri releases and is sure to be a landmark film in the Bhojpuri industry.
