The 2014 Cult film Bangalore days enjoys a large fan base. The movie revolved around Group of 3 friends who moved to Bangalore from Kerala. The movie starred Dulquer Salmaan, Nivin Pauly and Fahadh Faasil along with Parvathy Thiruvothu, Isha Talwar and Paris Laxmi in lead roles. All the Die Hard fans of the movie have been waiting for a possible sequel of the movie featuring the reunion of three leads.
In a recent interview when Fahad was asked about the possible sequel of Bangalore days 2 the actor replied that he has no idea about the sequel. He said that Anjali would be the right person to answer this question about the possibility of a sequel.
Now the same question has been posed to Dulquer Salman. When being asked about the possibility of Bangalore days 2 Salman replied that he is not interested in sequels.
He also said that when the film was made and has been released nobody thought that the film would become a massive hit and become a Cult and classic film forever in people’s minds. When asked why he is not interested in making sequels Salman said that he personally feels that the sequels ruined the essence of the first part. He also added that he would love to work with Fahad Faasil once again.
On being asked if he and Fahad might collaborate for a future project Salman said that he and Fahad has discussed some scripts and they are open to working with each other. He also said that the multistarrer starring him and Fahad might not be possible because of the hectic individual schedule of both actors.
On the work upfront, Salman’s last movie was released in theatres i.e Hey Sinamika and he is gearing up for his next OTT release Salute on Sony LIV.
