Aarya Season 2: Disney+ Hotstar has made some serious noise in the OTT market this year so far, they came up with back to back hit shows which were loved by audience and critics alike. One was the espionage thriller Special OPS starring Kay Kay Menon and the other was Aarya starring Sushmita Sen who ventured into the OTT market for the first time.
Fans loved both the shows while Special OPS had a satisfactory ending for the show, Aarya ended on an open note, meaning that there is ample opportunity for the show to move forward with new seasons. Fans already loved the show and showered their love for the cast and it seems that they also want a second season for the show.
But seeing the ongoing pandemic Hotstar has not officially announced anything for their originals. While on the other hand they already have announced movies which they will be streaming for a period of 5 months. Let’s talk about what season 2 of Aarya might hold for us.

Aarya Season 2 Plot?
We saw that at the end of season 1 it is revealed that it was Daulat who killed Tej in front of Tej’s son Adi. He did it on the orders of Aarya’s father Zorawar. Adi tells it to her mum that it was Daulat who killed Tej. Aarya calls the cops on her father and her brother who recently released from jail. The cops arrest them in charge of murder and drug trafficking. And we also see that Aarya plays a game on Shekhawat who was about to kill Aarya but she is one step ahead gets him first with the help of Daulat.
The cops give a clean chit to Aarya for helping them and arrange their trip to New Zealand. While on the way to airport Aarya receives a text message from the Russians who want their money back and also they know where Aarya is going. This means that Aarya has no choice but to go back to the business she hated for the safety of her family. So in the second season, we might get new characters also.
As per the storyline, we can definitely expect Zorawar and Sangram to get released from the jail and making plans for the revenge against Aarya. This will be the biggest plot of the show with Aarya going against her own brother and Father so that she can protect her children. Another plot can be of the Russians who are looking for someone to manage their transportation business of drug trafficking. These are the two main storylines we can see. With Aarya being surrounded by her foes it will be great to see how does she manage to get out of the mess.
Aarya Season 2 Cast
Well in season 1 we lost many prominent characters but we are sure that we will get their replacements in a satisfactory way, The cast to return can be Sushmita Sen , Sikandar Kher, Chandrachur Singh, Ankur Bhatia, Jayant Kripalani, Virti Vaghani, Viren Vazirani, Pratyaksh Panwar and others.
Aarya Season 2 Release Date
The Season is going to release on Hostar in 2021 End, the makers are coming back with another season for sure, Susmita Sen the lead has itself confirmed the news, Since there is an ongoing pandemic and the shootings are also restricted plus there being a red light of international travel unless being an emergency we might not get a season 2 of the show before late 2021. Because they possibly have to shoot in New Zealand and Also in India hence there is less possibility of the show coming back before the said date.
