Maaran is a Tamil action thriller film with stars superstar Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan in lead roles. The film is all set to premiere on Disney Plus Hotstar on 11th March. The film’s cast also includes Samuthirakani, Smruthi Venkat, Ramki, Krishna Kumar Balasubramanian in prominent roles.
Now an interesting update has come about the movie. As the film is gearing up for its digital release, the lyricist of the film shared an important piece of news with everyone. Lyricist Vivek who also co-written this project has shared a piece of important news through his Twitter handle.
In his cryptic Twitter post, he said that he is out of the film due to creative differences.
“Due to creative differences, I chose to move out of #Maaran as a dialogue n screenplay writer. Thanks team for respecting my decision. Today I am part of some of d biggest movies in India as a dialogue n screenplay writer. Will always remember dat Maaran was d starting point”.
Said Vivek in his post. Vivek also in his earlier tweet Expressed his happiness about the film.

The film is being produced by Sathya Jyothi Films and is being directed by Karthick Naren. Watch the film in your home comfort on Disney plus Hotstar streaming from 11th March 2022.
