At the beginning of the movie, we see Nella and Joe, an internet influencer couple and they have a huge reach on social media. One day Nella plans to surprise Joe live but her plan backfires when she sees Joe kissing someone else. After all, this is telecast live, Nella has to face a lot of internet rolling and being upset with all this, Nella takes the help of an AI app to remove Joe’s memory from her life.
This turns out to be the biggest mistake of her life and after a few days, Joe disappears. Nella then comes to know that many other friends of Joe are also missing. To know who is behind all this and what happened to whom in the end, you will have to watch this series on Netflix.
The story of this film is completely outdated and we already know the facts that the film tells us. I did not find any surprising element in the film and we have been shown the same deep-fake, AI, and privacy concerns in the film. Many films of this kind are already available on OTT streaming platforms, so the story of this film does not excite us at all. One mantra positive thing about the film is the performance of Ananya Pandey which has improved a lot from her previous films and she is slowly proving herself as a promising actress.
The music and screenplay of the film are quite average and other actors of the film have done a decent job. We give this film 2 stars out of 5. There is nothing bad in the film but the film overall seems outdated and this topic has already been explored many times in other films and shows.
