“Onmyoji” Episode 6: Now it’s time for Episode Six titled “The Lady Who Loved Insects.” We’ve already posted a recap till Episode 5. In the previous episode, we told you about the heartfelt story of Tadami Mibu. Now let’s move towards Episode 6.
Episode 6 starts with a blue sky, and the background voices are scary, telling about the Bug Princess. The princess’s father comes to her and tells her to get married to a fine man, but no one is ready to marry her because, in the village, she’s known as the Bug Princess. After that, the intro part appears.
Michinaga goes to Seimei regarding the case of the princess. Michinaga tells the princess that she is obsessed with caterpillars. The female demon appears again, which appeared in Episode 3.
The princess’s father begs for help from the demon. The demon suggests a treatment of 10+10 days, and because of that 20-day treatment, one new insect was made. After that, the princess started loving insects more and more. She had a crazy obsession with insects. But the insect that was made with the help of the demon grew up too much.
Seimei goes to the princess’s house; some children are playing at her palace. Seimei explains to the princess that this Kuromaru will eat humans one day because he’s transformed now and has grown up very big. Seimei was missing Hiromasa; Seimei knew that this insect would eat humans. Kuromaru tried to attack, but the princess said he wouldn’t attack.
At the other place, Hiromasa and Atsumi were playing a magnificent flute. The female demon, Lady Demon, goes to Hiromasa. The princess’s father begs for help from Lord Seimei; Seimei doesn’t say anything. The princess’s father wanted the princess to get married.
On the other side, Doman started saying that when the insect gets killed, she will start using it as a curse. Kuromaru will start killing the people whom the princess hates. This is horrifying that the insects will start killing humans.

Hiromasa and Seimei get united again; they team up to defeat Lady Doman. Kuromaru started getting transformed, and one beautiful creature gets developed from that cocoon. The princess’s father also loved that insect. Hiromasa apologizes to Seimei. And the episode ends after showing one more demon.
