Same as Sharma started his career in the Roy Talkies series, the studio in the series also seems like they have taken inspiration from Bombay Talkies, Sashadhar was a very successful filmmaker at that time, he has won the Filmfare Award for Best Film in 1956 for Jagriti, he was also awarded Padma Shri by the government of India.
