Old People Review: “Old People,” a brand-new horror movie on Netflix, The movie stars Stephan Luca, Melika Foroutan, Maxine Kazis, Paul Fasnacht, and Louie Betton. I’ll start by explaining the character names in the film, which will then make it easier for us to understand the storyline. Stephan Luca as Lukas, Melika Foroutan as Ella( Ella has two children named Laura and Noah), Maxine Kazis as sanna, Paul Fassnacht as Aike, Louie Betton as Alex (Laura’s boyfriend). Ella and sanna are sisters and like is their dad and Lukas is Ella’s ex-husband.
Let’s now go into the story, To attend her sister’s wedding, Ella takes her children back to her homeland, Aike is not staying with Sanna and Ella but rather in a retirement home. Ella visited her hometown when Following that, Sanna and Ella traveled to her dad’s house with her children to attend the sister’s wedding.
Strange occurrences were observed when they were returning with their father to the wedding, and many elderly folks began going on murdering sprees following the wedding.
The reason the elderly are killing everyone and acting strangely like that is explained in the movie, which is currently available on Netflix.
The actors did a decent job in terms of acting, Stephan Luca was looking good in the film and he is the highlight of the film, Melika Foroutan was amazing in her role too, she looks good during the chilling sequences, other actors like Maxine Kazis and Paul Fasnacht were also decent enough to watch.
Positives
For a horror movie, the value of the horrific sequences is on par with the significance of the scary background music. From beginning to conclusion, the movie’s background music functioned flawlessly.
The duration of the entire film is 1 hour and 41 minutes. The film’s short running length makes it easier to watch.
Negatives
Since we enjoy watching horror films, we have high expectations for scary scenes. Sadly, the film includes fewer spooky sequences, I didn’t consider it to be a scary scene because I’ve seen so many horror movies.

We all going to wonder why the elderly were killed one by one when they began to do so, but it wasn’t until the middle of the show that we discovered their motivation. The cause will negatively impact the narration.
This Netflix original Film is dull and it lacks Scary sequences, The film seems more like a Drama film than a Horror. My biggest disappointment was the ending, Whatever the movie’s conclusion was, it left me feeling silly and stupid. And I never saw it in any horror movie like this ending, I am going with 2 out of 5 stars for the film and will suggest youto Skip it.
FINAL VERDICT – 2/5
