Wow! What a movie this was. If you are here and haven’t seen or heard about this movie at all, you have missed an amazing piece of glowlight. Released in 2021, starring Anya Taylor Joy and Thomasin McKenzie in lead roles, this movie is a complete delight to watch. The sets and design of 1960’s London along with a great soundtrack are absolutely amazing.
When I watched this movie, I dived into this completely blank. I only knew that Anya and Thomasin are in this movie and that’s it. I didn’t see the trailer or teaser at all which even made me enjoy this movie way more than I expected.
When I saw Matt Smith on the screen, I was extremely happy because he was a complete surprise for me. He made the twice as awesome with his presence. The story of this movie is simple but the way it is presented, oh my, it is fabulous.
You are gonna fall in love with the design of the lights, the sets, the vibes, the music, and Anya! Her acting was too good as per the character she played. Thomasin McKenzie did an amazing job here playing Eloise. The Story revolves around Eloise who wants to become a fashion designer and comes to London for her studies. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she starts witnessing the past.
Last Night In Soho has its good and average moments but it holds you till the very end of it. You might guess the secret even before the reveal if you’ll see the movie carefully. Some glass scenes are shot beautifully and the fashion designer of this movie did some very good work. 60s time will make you want to go there and relish its vibes.
So overall, this movie is dark, LIGHTful and a delight to watch.
