Before delving into the series, let’s have an overview of the story. “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” is a romantic historical drama series based on the life story of Queen Charlotte and how she becomes Queen and falls in love with her husband King George.

During the first episode, we see how King George is trying to avoid Queen Charlotte. Later, we learn about the difficulties and health problems he is facing, and he tries to stay away from Queen Charlotte to protect her. However, things go awry during the ball’s night when King George becomes completely lost, runs out of the palace, gets naked, and screams about Venus.

Later, we learn that King George is facing an “Inflamed Cerebellum problem.” At that time, Dr. John Monro, who studied mental illnesses in patients, declared that King George’s problem isn’t a physical problem but a nerve problem. In the series, we see how King George faces difficulties when he gets tense and becomes out of control. When all medicines fail, it is Queen Charlotte’s love that actually makes him quiet and well.

At the end of the series, we see that Adult George is completely mad but still recognises his wife Queen Charlotte.
