The Boys Season 3 Episode 6 Herogasm Episode Explained: It’s not even some hours since the latest utterly overhyped episode of the Amazon series “The Boys” was released and it’s really something. “Really something” is a vague understatement but the episode is amazing in terms of the expectations and what did we imagine was going to happen with so little idea in our minds.

Now, let’s come to the episode straight. The episode title is “Herogasm” and that is what you think first, the episode had an orgy of supes (superheroes in The Boys Universe) and when I say orgy, it’s truly imaginative of the writers and creators what they can come up with and I would say, for myself it’s something! Other than that, we saw a lot of developments in the series.

M.M on the other hand wanted to kill Soldier Boy so bad but instead, he chose to help the people and let that rest. Hughie still going in for the Temporary V turning himself into an addict or it seems like he is going in that specific direction.

Butcher has teamed up with Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles From Supernatural) and the highlight of the episode is pretty much a duel between Homelander & Soldier Boy resulting in a fight that we really wanted because Soldier Boy is someone who can stand up to Homelander in terms of strength and powers and HE DID!

Homelander was pinned down by Butcher and Hughie and it was Soldier Boy who was going to blast away the radioactive power onto Homelander but Homelander frees himself and flies away in the end. That look on Homelander’s face while he wanted to free himself is something new, a struggle and that is not what we’ve seen him doing.

All in all, the episode is really good and if you think about the hype created for the episode that it is going to traumatize you and all, it depends on your criteria of “traumatizing content”. In the end, the episode is a spectacle!

You can stream the episode on Amazon Prime Video in multiple languages.

"I'm just a humble cinephile with a knack for stringing words together. My reviews may not be as fancy as "The Grand Budapest Hotel" but they'll give you a good idea of whether a movie is worth the ticket price. I may not be a "Casablanca" of criticism, but I'll always give you my honest opinion. So join me on this journey of cinematic discovery, it's sure to be "One for the Ages."
