Natural star Nani and Sai Pallavi starrer Shyam singer Roy hit screens on 24 December last year. The film also started Kriti Shetty in the lead role. The film became a box office success with amazing reviews. Nani is always known to pick out-of-box concepts and this time too he hit strike with the audience.
In an interview, Nani was asked why he is not releasing his movie in Hindi. Nani to which replied that he is so confident about the film that he thinks some superstar like Hrithik Roshan from Bollywood might remake his film. Bollywood is anyway making a lot of remake films from the South and looks like Nani guessed this right and Nani knew what was going to happen.
The latest Buzz around says that Shyam Singha Roy is being remade in Hindi. News is circulating that the actors who might reprise the role of Shyam Singha Roy are Ajay Devgan or Shahid Kapoor.

Well, Shahid Kapoor’s previous two fiilms are remakes of the south. His last blockbuster Kabir Singh was the remake of Telugu superhit Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey. His next film Jersey which is slated to hit the screens on 14th April is a remake of the Telugu film Jersey which also starred Nani.
Well, nothing is confirmed yet but many production houses are in talks to acquire the rights of Shyam Singha Roy. If this really happens it would be interesting to see which actresses will be cast in the role of Sai Pallavi and Kriti Shetty.
