Shershaah Movie Review: And here is the Day! Almost every movie lover was waiting for this film for so long and finally Amazon Prime Video’s original film Shershaah was released today on Amazon Prime Video. I just finished the film and here is the detailed review of the film. I am going to talk about Some positives as well as Negatives of the film.
The movie stars Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, and others. The film was produced by Dharma Productions and Vishnu Vardhan has directed the film. The movie is approx 2 hours long and now available on Amazon Prime Video. Story
The story to almost everyone. The movie is based on the real-life of Captain Sir Vikram Batra. The film is fully based on real-life incidents and his bravery during the 1999 Kargil War. He was awarded Paramvir Chakra for his immense bravery. Acting
For me, This one is one of the best Performance of Sidharth Malhotra, Rather I would say, this one is his best performance to date followed by his role in Kapoor & Sons. He looks amazing, his body language, expressions, and movements during the war were brilliant, he looks professional and it looks like he is living the character of Vikram Batra. Kiara Advani looks good in her role, although she has nothing much to showcase, still she was impactful with her performance.
Although the film is all about the Charm and amazing talent of Sidharth Malhotra, actors like Shiv Pandit, Javed Jafri, Nikitan Dher, and others were also good in their respective performances.
Analysis
The best thing about the film is Screenplay and the locations, the Screenplay of the film is too good, the story is open to all but still, the film keeps you in your seats till the end. The locations are mindblowing and the war sequences were superb. The VFX was brilliant and the war scenes look so much real. The movie is going to be the turning point of Sidharth Malhotra Career For Sure. The music of the film was also very good, I liked the two songs and the song in the climax was relatable AF.**
Although the film is brilliant in its own way, there are some drawbacks too, the film lacks that energy during the war scenes, we had seen the films like URI, the dialogue in those films were enough to charge you up, that spark was missing in this film. The BGM of the film was a little down, I was expecting some mindblowing BGM like URI, but the movie lacks that too.

I am going with 3.5 out of 5 stars for the film, The film is one of the best films of 2021 and I am sure this one is going to be on this list till the year ends. If you loved the film URI and then you are going to love this too. The film has everything, A Love Story, Action, and thrill. The film excels in every department and this one is a must-watch for everyone.
