Written by Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka, the film is a Psychological Thriller that tells the story of a con artist and the list of cons followed by the ultimate con. John Lithgow Plays Richard Hobbes who is a Billionaire and also Tom’s father. He doesn’t think of Tom as someone worthy of his inheritance and actually thinks he’s weak. Richard is very much in love with Madeline and tries to protect her as much as he can without realizing that he’s being conned by both Max and Madeline. He transfers all of his inheritance to Madeline after he’s dead.
