Pathaan Review: Srk starrer Pathan was in news for So long, The film has a huge star cast and then the Controversy with the song gave another boost to the film, The film hit the big screens a few hours back, and here goes the detailed review of the film, I am going to tell you about the Positives and Negatives of the film.
The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in the main lead roles, The film has the Cameo of Salman Khan in a Dope fight sequence, The film is directed by Sidharth Anand and Produced by Aditya Chopra, The film is around 2 Hours 30 Minutes long and is suitable to watch with family.
The story of the film revolves around Pathaan aka Shah Rukh Khan, who is a Brutal Raw agent and has saved many lives, after Article 370 removal, Pakistan wants to do something very big in India and for that, they take help of Jim, Played By John Abraham, Jim is Cheif of Outfit X, which is a Contract based terror organization, Jim is Planning some big attack on India and Pathaan is assigned to stop him, will he be able to do so? To know this, You need to watch the full movie.
The story of the film is just superb, The writing, the screenplay, the cinematography, everything hits the right chord and looks balances, There are huge possibilities for the YRF Spy universe now, The cameo of Salman Khan looks so smooth and it was just mind-blowing, The VFX was good but still need a lot of work to do, but if we look at the budget of the film, It looks amazing, The BGM is the weakest Part of the film and it needs lots of improvement.
Although the songs like Jhoome Jo Patahan and Besharam Rang are already Chartbusters, honestly speaking they are just average, The locations were stunning, and The fight sequences of Dubai on that Truck were Just Mind blowing, The Visuals looks much better on Big screens, The chase sequences on the Snow was also great to watch, but the biggest Plus for the film was the Salman Entry and that Train Fight sequences, The entry, BGM, and the Action was top Notch and that is Surely the highlight of the film.
Some dialogues like ‘Tum To Bomb Lag Rahi Ho’ and ‘Boobell’ were cringe as hell, The dialogues of John suit his Personality and a few dialogues like ‘Dawat Pathaan Ke Ghar… were Just Top Notch.
Coming to the Performances, Shah Rukh Khan is back and this was a needed role for the film, He looks fresh and has that vibe all over in the film, He was Brilliant with his Dialogues, although the Entry was not up to the Mark, John Abraham Nailed it in the film and his entry was top Notch too, He was in the character throughout the film and those Massy fights between both leads were great to watch.
Deepika Padukone looks Hot and she was brilliant during the action sequences too, She was natural during the dialogue deliveries, Other actors like Dimple Kapadia and Aashutosh Rana were also good enough to watch.
I am going with 4 Out of 5 stars for the film, Although there are some loopholes in the film, Still the film is Entertaining and will break records on the box office for sure, The King Khan, The Bollywood and the YRF is back ! ‘Kursi Ki Peti Bandh Lijye, Box Office Pe Tsunami Aane Wali Hai .’
