Aniplex has officially announced that the second season of My Dress-Up Darling is in production, during an event for the My Dress-Up Darling anime tonight in Tokyo.
This series is based on Shinichi Fukuda’s romantic manga of the same name in the Spring of 2022, this series is proved one of the most liked anime series of the year 2022, and fans are waiting for season 2 before its announcement but now fans excitement level is very high because it’s announced.
During an event, more details are not announced at this stage, will soon get announced about the release date, cast, and more. This mange on which the series is based, has been running on Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine and released the 9th volume in March 2022 and surpassed 7 million selling copies as of June 14, 2022, and the 10th volume will be released on September 24, 2022.
The My Dress-Up Darling was directed by Keisuke Shinohara and with animation produced at CloverWork. The first season of the anime debuted on January 9th, 2022, and aired on Crunchyroll with a total of 12 episodes.
