The last episode of Masoom is very emotional as the real truth behind all is revealed. It also bridges the emotional gap between Dr. Kapoor (Boman Irani) and Sana (Samara Tijori).

The climax revealed how dr Kapoor confesses about the accident that has taken place. How Gunwant (Upasana Singh) fall into a statue while she was trying to pick up her phone near the pool and dr Kapoor was not on her side. How she asked him to free her and think about the future of their child which in turn leads to Dr. Kapoor killing her by her choice.

The ending episode revealed the true nature of Boman which was previously portrayed to us as doubtful and might have committed some sin but actually a loving and caring husband who loves her wife a lot though having an affair which her wife knows as well.

Nowadays almost all series have some cliffhanger that hints about their next season and this is a maker’s safe play by creating hype for its next season. The makers of this series have also followed the same path

The series contains a mid-credit scene where we can see Dr. Kapoor in a hospital enquiring about his elder daughter who has been through a car accident. At that moment we can see Manu Rishi Chadda enters the scene and warn him to save her daughter as her husband is missing and he doubt he was killed by them.

From the series, it is clear that her elder daughter played by Manjari Fadnis and her husband played by Jobanpreet Singh are staying separately and are not happy with each other. Her husband also had a fight with Dr. Kapoor which was revealed to us in a glimpse but the actual reason is not still known.

So what could be the reason for the missing husband of her daughter? Was it a planned murder or an accident just like we have seen with Gunwant? Who was responsible for it? Why was her elder daughter driving fast without any license which leads to an accident? All these answers are to be revealed in Season 2 and are kept as cliffhangers to create hype for the next season.

Let us know if you are excited for the Season 2 of it and what are your expectation for it.
