The story is about an 8-year-old girl named Kallu, who has a dream to visit Sabarimala temple in her childhood, she listens to her grandmother’s stories about Ayyappan before sleeping at night and her grandmother also promised her that this time they will take her also with them to visit Sabarimala temple.
But they live in a typical village where there are various myths that women and girls cannot visit the temple. However, her grandmother tells her father that it’s time when Kallu should go and visit the temple. But her father takes her to the hill and tells her by pointing towards somewhere that there is the temple as always.

Then a tragic event happens when Kallu’s father has taken a loan from a landlord and is unable to repay it takes his life by doing suicide leaving his family all alone behind him.
Later she and her classmate Piyush decide to visit the temple all alone but they were seen by a man who decides to kidnap the girl and sell her to some people.
But then they met Ayyappan there and Kallu thinks that he is the real Ayyappan (The God). After Kallu tells her the story of what happened to her father and they are visiting the temple alone so Ayyappan also joins them to visit the temple, who also saves them from the kidnapper at that moment.
Then they started their travel and continued their journey by doing various rituals and when they are about to reach the temple, the kidnapper who wants to kidnap the girl attacks them in the jungle at night but they get saved by Ayyappan.

In the end, Kallu’s only dream gets completed of visiting the temple she was so happy by seeing the divine god in front of herself and then the plot twist comes where we can see the guy whom Kallu is thinking as Ayyappan is a normal police officer and the guys he catches last night were in the wanted list of the local police, The movie is good and you can watch it if you are a fan of feelgood movies the movie is also available in the English language.
