Bob Biswas Review: Watch It For Abhishek Bachchan’s Brilliance

Bob Biswas

Bob Biswas Review: The much-awaited crime thriller Bob Biswas starring Abhishek Bacchan was released today on Zee5, I was waiting for the film after looking at the amazing trailer and here is the full detailed review of the film, I am going to talk about the highlights and drawback of the film, I am going to tell you about the performances, story and few more things about the film.

The film is directed by Diya Annapurna Ghosh and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and SRK, the film stars Abhishek Bachchan and Chitrangada Singh in the main lead roles along with Paran Bandopadhyay, Ronith Arora and Tina Desai. The film is approx 2 hours in length and is now available to watch online on Zee5, You can watch the film with your family. Let’s jump to the review.

The plot of the film revolves around a contract killer Bob Biswas who had lost his memory after an accident, when he starts living again with his family his past events starts haunting him, after knowing his dark past he tried all his best to be a good father and husband but his old clients still want him to do the same job, that he used to do. Who were the clients and how they were related to, what happened to Bob, to know all these things, you have to watch the film on Zee5?

The film is one Man show and that man is one and only Abhishek Bachchan, he has nailed it in his role. He looks amazing and his transformation is almost unbelievable, during a recent interview in Kapil Sharma Show, Abhishek had said that he had worked so hard to get in character and it looks like he has done a great job in the film. His body language, his dialogue delivery everything seems so natural and pure. This performance is surely one of his best to date and this will be in the mind of viewers for a long time for sure.

Chitrangada Singh was decent in her role and she looks pretty, although she is nothing much to show in terms of acting, she was very good in her role. Other actors like Ronith Arora and Tina Desai were also good in their roles.

The film starts very well in the beginning and it keeps you hooked but somewhere in the middle it loses its grip and from there it goes slow and somewhat predictable, the climax of the film is not up to that level and it looks very much predictable. The editing was decent and the dialogues were very good. The locations were amazing and the music was decent too. I was expecting so much thrill and the film lacks that, You need to have lots of patience after the interval and the film will end on a very predictable note.

I am going with 2.8 out of 5 stars for the film, the film is a one-man show by Abhishek Bacchan and its= is the perfect film to see his brilliant acting, watch it with normal expectations and you will like it for sure, The film is approx 2 hours long and now available on Zee5 in Hindi audio, the film is a family-friendly film.
