Babylon Ending Explained: Damien Chazelle’s latest American epic period drama film, Babylon, follows the story of the rise and fall of Hollywood movies as well as the beginning of Cimena from silent film to sound film, whereas this movie focuses primarily on the roles of Manny and a large cast that you must see.

In the end phase of this film, we see that Manny is being kidnapped as he is leaving for Los Angeles, but later they spare his life with some demand. On the other side, we see Jack Conrod’s funeral, followed by a long montage of the legends’ deaths. Later, we see that scene shift from the 1930s to 1952.

In 1952, we again see Manny, who is now back in Los Angeles, but this time he is with his wife and son, and they see the door of the studio named Kinoscope where he worked. Aside from that, we learn that when he moved from Los Angeles, he worked at a small audio shop in New York City and that he hasn’t seen a movie in a theatre in a long time.

The scene shifts to the present, where we see that they come to a halt at the studio’s gate, where he talks with the security guard about the time when he worked to make movies, whereas his family wanted to go to the hostel, where Manny still talks with the guard and leaves them with the car so that they can get to the hostel while he is still on the street, as he wants to remember his life.

Again, we see Manny playing the film Singing in the Rain, which has a strong connection to the time because it was the first to introduce a silent film to a talking film. whereas in the flashback scene, we see that Nellie kisses Miguel, it’s a black-and-white movie, and the story ends.
