Netflix’s original show ‘Trial By Fire is based on the real incident of the Uphaar Cinema Fire Tragedy that took place in 1997, one of the most crucial names in the show are Ansal Brothers, Here we are going to tell you about them, where they are now and what happened to them.
After the Uphaar Cinema Tragedy, Shekhar and Neelam forms an Association to get Justice for all the Victims, The family members of all the Victims were also helping Shekhar and Neelam in the case, But it was Neelam who was the main Pillar behind all these things.
Shekhar Krishnamoorthy and Neelam Krishnamoorthy filed a case against The Ansal Brothers who own the theatre. They went through 95 Hearings and waited for 24 Years for Justice and in November 2021 they finally won the case. Ansal Brothers have to fine 2.5cr Each for Tampering with the evidence and 7 Years in Jail.
Later in July 2022, The court released both of them and Uphold the 2.5 Crores Fine, Right now Ansal Brothers are Free and they are doing their business, The case is almost closed now.
