Laxmmi Bomb To Release To 9th Nov. 2020 On Hotstar: Akshay Kumar’s most talked movie of the year was undoubtedly Laxmi Bomb whether due to the fact that the movie will feature Akshay Kumar in a whole new and different role or the fact that it was being directed by Raghava Lawrence or the fact that the movie which it is being remade of was a blockbuster in the south Indian market.
Well it can be all of those. But fans were at another joy when they heard that the movie was all set to arrive on Eid which meant the movie was guaranteed success in the box office. But due to Covid-19 and shut theatres, all of the hopes were taken away and ultimately it was Disney+Hotstar that came to the rescue of the film.
Now after the deal was done, Laxmi Bomb was supposed to release on Disney+Hotstar but now news regarding the movie made the fans a little bit angry. And the fake rumors of the movie releasing on 15th August didn’t help at all.
But finally, some good news for the fans as Akshay Kumar, mere minutes ago has announced the official release date of the movie. And it is 9th November 2020. Yes you read that correctly, the movie is scheduled to arrive in the month of Diwali only on Disney+Hotstar VIP and it is a perfect Diwali gift by Akshay to his fans.
The movie is the official remake for the Tamil film Muni 2: Kanchana. Makers have also released a short teaser which features the character of Akshay Kumar who will be playing the role of a transgender in the film.
The movie is a horror-comedy and will tell us the story of a man who gets possessed by a transgender ghost who uses him for revenge The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in the lead with Tusshar Kapoor, Sharad Kelkar, Tarun Arora, Ashwini Kalsekar, Mir Sarwar and others in supporting roles.
