Marvel in the real sense had marveled at the MCU till its 3rd phase. Delivering back-to-back blockbusters like Black Panther, GOTG2, Spiderman Far From Home, and Thor Ragnarok, they exceeded the expectations of fans with Infinity War and Endgame. After Avengers Endgame, everything changed a lot. Phase 4 is receiving mixed to negative reviews way more than any other phase ever received.
After two straight-line Thor movies, Taika Waititi was hired for Thor Ragnarok and he revived the character. The character of God of Thunder, and an Asgardian Thor started becoming fans’ favorites due to the theme changes in Thor movies.

If we talk about the upcoming 4th movie of Thor, we can predict a lot of things here. Many key things are constantly making fans very sad.
When Taika Waititi announced Valkyrie will be openly shown as an LGBTQ+ character, a lot of family audiences rejected this decision straightway. Since Elon Musk has also highlighted woke content being a major issue, this will affect the footfall of the movie.
Runtime
Moreover, a runtime of fewer than 120 minutes is considered extremely poor; especially for Marvel movies. Having high-powered characters like Thor The God Of Thunder and Gorr The God Butcher cannot be utilized properly within the actual runtime of fewer than 110 minutes excluding the credits.
Weak Promotion
Disney is promoting this movie as a comedy-drama that is showing side effects and nothing in their favor yet. Even after releasing many TV Spots, the hype and advance booking of this movie are pathetically low. Only word of mouth can be a savior of this movie since.
Less Action
Ever since the first reviews and reactions of this movie are out, everyone is complaining about less action and more drama ruling Disney and Marvel followed this time. Ragnarok has comedy moments while if we believe the reviews, Taika Waititi is failed to deliver Ragnarok-ish comedy that works well with people.
According to those who’ve seen the movie, the action sequences are too less to even enjoy. As per their reports, there are no impactful scenes like Thor’s entry into Wakanda this time.
Gorr the God Butcher
You must be thinking why this character is included but wait! we are talking about the live-action movie character here. In the comics, Gorr the God Butches is peak level badass villain who is famous for his hate and killings of Norse Mythology Gods. When no God helps to save his family and his planet, his hate starts brewing towards Gods and with extreme hate and anger. He vows to kill each and every God on the planet after getting the powers using Necrosword.
However, in the movie trailers, we can see that Marvel’s live-action Gorr the God Butcher has no CGI or that ferocious look that fans needed. Fans were disappointed to see the first look of Gorr but are still having hopes since Gorr is played by the one and only Christian Bale.
